This criminal original petition has been filed for altering the FIR filed in Crime No.143 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the police has already altered the FIR in Crime No.143 of 2017 under Section 174 Cr.P.C., to Section 306 IPC and a final report has also been filed after investigation before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli District.
