Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2025 within a a stipulated time of period fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2025

within a a stipulated time of period fixed by this Court.

2. The Tahsildar has issued patta in the name of the 4th respondent. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has preferred an appeal to the second respondent, vide representation, dated 03.11.2025. Again, the petitioner has submitted another representation, dated 31.01.2026 along with all relevant documents and revenue documents as a reminder. Even after the same, the second respondent has not taken any effective steps to dispose the petitioner's representation. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

3.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent and pass appropriate orders in accordance to law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
