When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.04.2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court, dated 15.03.2023 directing the petitioner to comply the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court was not complied with by him and sought time and that the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for dismissal. Even today, the petitioner counsel is not in a position to inform the Court with regard to the compliance of the said order and hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
