This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.126 of 2015 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the first respondent. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that though the investigation was completed and charge sheet has been filed, the same is yet to be taken on file.

4.Considering the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the first respondent to take steps to make sure that the charge sheet is taken on file within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when the charge sheet is taken on file, it is open for the petitioners to challenge the same in accordance with law. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No.1 of 2015 is closed.
