ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2019.
2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner applied to the post of Salesman and Packers and she attended the interview also on 16.10.2018. However, she was not given any appointment. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondent on 14.02.2019. However, the same is kept pending. The non consideration of the representation of the petitioner, has led to the filing of the writ petition with the above prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders would be passed by the respondent.
5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2019 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
