RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT IN BOTH THE PETITIONS Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petitions filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition as he shall appear before the any other Police Station or Court instead of appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m as per the Order of this Hon'ble Court dated 07/01/2016 and 12/01/2016 in Crl.OP(MD)Nos.265 and 616 of 2016.

Order : These Petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the Petitions the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. These petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.265 & 616 of 2016, dated 07.01.2016 and 12.01.2016 for permitting the petitioner to put the signature before the any other police station or Court instead of appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner has to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
