ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 403, 406, 420, 464, 468, 471 and 477(A) of I.P.C., in Crime No.13 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and based on the compromise, the F.I.R. in Crime No.13 of 2015 was also quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20071 of 2015 dated 27.10.2015. 3.In view of the subsequent development, there is no apprehension of arrest and hence the petition is closed.
