Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner /accused rank not known apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.515 of 2017, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Alanganallur Police Station, Madurai District, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the State. 3.The case against the petitioner herein is that Crime No.515 of 2017, has been registered on the file of the respondent Police Station for offences under Section 379 of IPC and it is subsequently https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ altered to one under Section 394 of IPC.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl Side) submitted that as many as three other cases are pending against the petitioner and all are under Section 392 of IPC. It is also submitted that that the petitioner is a history-sheeted-rowdy.

5.Taking note of these circumstances, this Court dismisses the Anticipatory Bail. The Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
