CMP(MD) No.2064 of 2022 This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw 50% of the award amount with accrued interest, which had been deposited into the credit of M.C.O.P.No.552 of 2017 on the file of the learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, District Court, Karur, pending disposal of C.M.A(MD).No.1111 of 2021.
2.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on records.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petitioner is permitted to withdraw 50% of the award amount with accrued interest, by filing appropriate application before the Tribunal.
