O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.15 of 2014 from the file of the second respondent to any other competent authority and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.15 of 2014 on 06.09.2014 on the file of the second rspondent, for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC. However, the second respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the matter and lay a final report. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

4. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in Crime No.15 of 2014 investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.96 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar for the offence under Sections 294(b) , 506(i) and 406 of I.P.C.
