ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2019.

2. Heard the petitioner, party-in-person and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. The petitioner, who appeared party-in-person wants the first respondent the Superintendent of Police, Theni District to take appropriate action on his complaint, wherein he has alleged certain serious allegations against the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the complaint itself was received on 24.04.2019 and it is being

enquired. She further submitted that the respondent police have already informed the petitioner to approach the jurisdiction police at Chennai. Now, the second respondent is directed to issue a written communication to the petitioner in this regard.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that since the third petitioner is the resident of Chennai, the petitioner has got life threat at Chennai and has already suffered few assault on him with deadly weapons. Hence, the petitioner can operate only from Madurai.

6. Considering the above submissions made by either side, this Court directs the first respondent, the Superintendent of Police, Theni District, to assess the merit of the threat perception, the petitioner has made and then to take a call to forward his complaint to the concerned police for taking appropriate action.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
