ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent herein in Moo.Moo.(Aa4)/ 2291/2024 dated 03.01.2025.

The brief fact of the present case is that the settlement deed executed in favour of the petitioner, who is the daughter of the sixth respondent, has been cancelled by the second respondent, on the complaint lodged by the sixth respondent against the petitioner herein. Challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed by the daughter of the sixth respondent. 2/4
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.03.2025, the matter was referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before mediation and the mediation report dated 16.04.2025 has also been produced before this Court.
4. Recording the mediation report dated 16.04.2025, the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Moo.Moo.(Aa4)/ 2291/2024 dated 03.01.2025 is hereby quashed and this writ petition is allowed accordingly. The report of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, dated 16.04.2025 shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
