ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)No.3276 of 2022, dated 02.02.2024.

2. This Court passed an order in W.P(MD)No.3276 of 2022 directing the contemnors to consider the case of the petitioner under Tamil Nadu Medical Attendance Rules and as per guidelines issued by the Government. The petitioner's claim was accepted and eligible amount was sanctioned and was further forwarded to the Commissioner, State Treasury and Accounts Department, 3rd Floor, Perasiriyar Anbazhagan Maaligai, 571, Anna Saalai, Nandanam, Chennai - 35. The file is pending before the said Officer.

3. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the Commissioner. The Commissioner, State Treasury and Accounts Department, 3rd Floor, Perasiriyar Anbazhagan Maaligai, 571, Anna Saalai, Nandanam, Chennai - 35 is directed to consider the same and dispose of positively within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of representation from the petitioner. 2/4
