Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNU.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1830 of 2024 dated 07.02.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State 1/3

submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1830 of 2024 dated 07.02.2024. He further submitted that after completion of investigation, a charge sheet has been filed before the lower Court.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the lower Court for each and every hearing. This petition is ordered accordingly.
