ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 324, 307 of I.P.C., in Crime No.8 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 24.01.2020, the petitioner had inflicted cut injuries on the head of the victim.

4. The petitioner's Counsel would point out that the victim is having a number of previous cases to his credit. He also alleges that the victim had come to his house and that is how, the occurrence in question has taken place.

5. Be that as it may, the fact remains that the victim suffered cut injuries on his head, while the petitioner did not suffer any injury. The petitioner is having a previous cases. Taking note of these aspects, I am not inclined to grant relief. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
