ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for directing the second respondent to recover a sum of Rs.13,60,000/- from the private respondents herein.

2.It appears that the petitioner had earlier given a complaint against them before the second respondent. The private respondents had appeared for the enquiry and had given an undertaking to pay the amount in question. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said commitment has not been honoured by the private respondents. If that be so, it is for the petitioner to give a fresh complaint and the second respondent will take action as per law.
