ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the second respondent to comply with 1/4
the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.3308 of 2022 dated 30.12.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared and their signatures have also been obtained and now they are waiting for expert opinion. Depending upon the outcome of the preliminary enquiry, further action may be taken by the concerned respondent police.
3. In the view of the above said development, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of as unnecessary. However, after awaiting for reasonable time, the petitioner can work out his remedy, if there is no progress.
