This petition has been filed challenging the suspension order passed by the third respondent, dated 12.04.2021 and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential service benefits.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending writ petition, the petitioner's suspension order has been revoked and he was reinstated into service. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted a copy of revocation of suspension order issued by the Revenue Administration and Disaster Management Department, vide R.O.C.No.A5/677/2019, dated 29.12.2023, before this Court. 2/4
