This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw O.S.No.51 of 2022 on the file of the learned Special Judge, Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the Sub-Court, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent, considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to transfer O.S.No.51 of 2022 filed by the first respondent through the second respondent, the Power Agent as the first respondent is currently working in Japan before the Family Court, Madurai to the Family Court at Ramanathapuram.

4. The Family Court at Ramanathapuram shall endeavour to dispose of O.S.No.51 of 2022 after the files are received and the case is renumbered, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 12 months from the date of re-numbering of the H.M.O.P. Page No. 2 of 4

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
