This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent, to register a case, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 27.02.2015 and investigate the case in accordance with law. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 27.02.2015, petition enquiry was conducted and subsequently, it was closed.
