ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent would dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months. The first respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final orders, if any. 2.It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
