ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner not to harass the petitioner and his family members by interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent based on the false complaint of the fourth respondent.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
