2.Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, 6 and 8 would submit that there is no proposal for locating private liquor shop in S.No.85, Plot No.34, at Ganapathy Nagar, Muthukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, Thanjavur-Sayalkudi State Highways (SH.29) as alleged by the petitioner. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
