The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Sub-Court, Theni to dispose of A.S.No.65 of 2015 .
Order:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 13/10/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in AS No.65 of 2015, with in a period of four months, and the requisition letter dated 25/04/2023 in D.No.2411 of 2023, submitted by the Principal District Judge, Theni, this Court made the following order: By an order dated 13.10.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.65 of 2015, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.2411/2023, dated 25.04.2023 with a request for six months time to comply with the order dated 13.10.2022 of this Court made in C.R.P(MD)No.2070 of 2022.
