ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in P.R.C.No.4 of 2015 having been taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 307 r/w 109 IPC by the II Sub Court, Madurai campt at Thirumangalam, Madurai District as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the trial has been over and all the accused persons were acquitted on 02.11.2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai District.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
