ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the proposal, dated 09.04.2019, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Assistant Professor in a sanctioned post by the fourth respondent College on 08.03.2018. Seeking approval of the said incumbent, the fourth respondent College submitted a proposal to the second respondent through the third respondent on 09.04.2019. But, till date no orders have been passed on the said proposal. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the proposal submitted by the fourth respondent would be considered, on merits. 5.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the proposal dated 09.04.2019 seeking approval of appointment of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
