Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BANUMATHY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1096 days in filing the STC No. 1464 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai Dated 28.01.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is ordered and delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- as costs to the respondents on or before 21.03.2022.
