2. Dhanya ... Respondent/Defendants Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed Under Article 227 Constitution of India to direct the Family Court Nagercoil to early dispose the maintenance suit in O.S. No.102 of 2021 on the file of Family Court Nagercoil within time specified by this Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 22.03.2022, 29.08.2022,16.12.2022,07.06.2023 and 18.10.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Chairman/District Judge, Permanent Lok Adalat, Nagarcoil, Judge, Family Court(FAC), Nagercoil in D.No.1008/2023, dated 18.12.2023, seeking

further extension of time one month time for disposal of Case in O.S.No.102 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the suit in O.S.NO.102 of 2021.

2. The learned Judge, Family Court (FAC), Nagercoil, sent a letter dated 08.12.2023, requesting extension of further time to dispose of the suit in O.S.NO.102 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.03.2022.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above suit. Accordingly, one month time is extended for disposing the suit in O.S.No.102 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
