The petitioner was suspended by order dated 14.10.2014 passed by the second respondent herein. The petitioner has given his representation for revocation of said suspension order. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the disciplinary enquiry initiated against him has got concluded. However, final orders are yet to be passed.

3.According to the petitioner, no purpose will be served by keeping the petitioner under continued suspension. All that the petitioner seeks to review the order of suspension. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would submit a request for review of the order of suspension within a period of one week from today.
