The second Respondent in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3275 of 2024 is the first Petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3173 of 2024 and first Accused in Crime No.435 of 2021. The F.I.R in Crime No.435 of 2021 pertains to offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C and F.I.R in Crime No.436 of 2021 pertains to offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) I.P.C I.P.C. Subsequent to the registration of the cases and during the pendency of the investigation, both the Parties in the case and counter case had arrived at a compromise to amicably settle the dispute between them and give a quietus to the pending Criminal Cases.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions of the first Respondent, submits that the parties had arrived at compromise bonafide. The first Petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3275 of 2024 is the defacto complainant in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3173 of 2024. Therefore, the Counsels are before this Court of joint compromise memo filed in each of the Petitioners.

3. Considering the joint compromise memos, both Crl.O.P. (MD) Nos.3275 and 3173 of 2024 are allowed. The F.I.Rs in Crime Nos. 435 of 2021 and 436 of 2021 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Musiri Police Station, Trichy District, are hereby quashed, in the light of the joint compromise memo. The joint compromise memo shall part and parcel of the order.
