2.It is brought to my notice that the first petitioner along with others had filed WP No.5178 of 2024 before the Principal Seat and an interim order was granted. It reads as follows :
"...
2.The petitioner is at liberty to approach the authorities in this regard and putforth his grievances by way of representation. Since the petitioner has already made a representation on 22.02.2024, let the petitioner be granted audience by R2 on 05.03.2024 at 10.30 a.m. and the grievances attempted to be resolved. In light of this direction, let the tender not be awarded till the next date of hearing.
3.It is brought to my notice that a writ petition has been filed before the Madurai Bench of this Court in WP(MD)No.4278 of 2024 espousing the same cause of action as in the present matter.
4.Hence, Registry to place this order before the Hon'ble The Chief Justice for orders of consolidation of this writ petition with WP(MD)No.4278 of 2024. List on 15.03.2024. Counters by then with an advance copy served upon the petitioner." 3.I am of the view that the petitioner can as well pursue their remedy in the writ petition filed before the Principal Seat. There is no need to keep the present writ petition pending.
