O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that in pursuance of the representation given, at the instance of the Police, the second respondent has convened the peace committee meeting on 25.02.2023, but the petitioner has not turned up.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct peace committee meeting within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of summons, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
