ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2019 for the offences under Sections 3,4,6 of Protection of Child From Sexual Offences Act, 2012. His earlier bail application was dismissed by me on 17.02.2020. I took note of the fact that the victim is aged about 14 years while the accused is aged about 28 years. He is also a married man with children. I further directed the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his bail application after the victim is examined. Till date the victim has not been examined. I cannot blame the prosecution or the Courts below because of the intervention of pandemic situation. Therefore, the bail application stands dismissed.
