This petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.99 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent and transfer the investigation to the third respondent or any other agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that the case has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.285 of 2015 and the same is also over.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous and liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
