This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give the permission to conduct the orchestra (Adal Padal ) Programme in the name of "Vijay Shruthi Orchestra"(Live Musical Programme) function on 18.01.2018 at Punitha Anthoniyar Temple, Kallalkudi Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District, on 18.01.2018 at 08.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2018.

2.Heard, Mr.K.Sivabalan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Shanmugaselvan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that every year, the village people are celebrating the festival by conducting the programmes such as (Adalum Padalum) "Vijay Shruthi Orchestra"(Live Musical Programme), likewise, on 18.01.2018, also they decided to celebrate the festival at the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

above said place and for that, he has already given a representation dated 09.01.2018 to the respondent and no order has been passed till now.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader has not raised any serious objection.

5.Considering the above said submission, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 09.01.2018 and dispose of the same at early. 6.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
