This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry at the instigation of the local councilor and other influencers except in a manner known to law.

2.According to the petitioner, there is a family dispute pending

between the parties. Therefore, the fifth respondent lodged a false complaint against him. Based on that complaint, the respondent police started to harass the petitioner. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the fifth respondent's complaint, they have conducted enquiry and closed the same. He would further submit that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in this petition.
