Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal dated 20.12.2018 preferred against the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1967/2018/Chat.Ni.E dated 31.08.2018 within the time limit.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents pointed out that there is no proof for having submitted the petition mentioned appeal. In response thereto, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the appeal was given in person. If as claimed by the writ petitioner, an appeal is on the file of the first respondent, the first respondent shall dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The first respondent shall put interested parties on notice before passing final orders. No costs.
