O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Srivilliputhur to dispose the suit in O.S.No.3 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the first respondent/plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.3 of 2019 seeking declaration. The defendants have already filed a written statement in O.S.No.3 of 2019 and the suit is pending for framing of issues and therefore, the petitioner seeks for speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.3 of 2019.

3.Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2019 and the written statement has already been filed, the learned Principal District Munsif, Srivilliputhur, is directed to dispose of the O.S.No.3 of 2019 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
