2. Heard Mr.S.Rajsekar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. This petition has been filed by an Association. The subject matter relates to the service grievance of the Post Graduate Teachers working in Government Schools.
4. Any writ petition can be maintained by a person, only if his rights are involved. The rights of the petitioner's Association have not been infringed. The members' rights alone are at stake. It is for them to espouse their grievances individually. The writ petition, at the instance of an Association, is not maintainable
