ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders on merits in the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 04.07.2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.M.Subash Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed a revision against the order of transfer of patta passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer. Pursuant to the same, the respondent has also conducted enquiry. However, no order has been passed so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the revision is filed in the year 2016, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
