O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 28.02.2022 bearing Reference No.Moo.Mu.A2/4275/2021 passed by the first respondent.

2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. By the impugned order, the first respondent, accepting the case of the third respondent, cancelled the existing patta and directed certain changes to be effected in the revenue records.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that against the order of the first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy of appeal before the District Revenue Officer and without availing the same, has filed the present Writ Petition.

5. The petitioner has an alternative remedy before the District Revenue Officer against the order of the first respondent/Revenue Page No. 2 of 4

Divisional Officer. However, without availing the same, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Revenue Officer in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
