ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted before this Court that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, dated 03.05.2018, the first respondent has revoked the suspension order and reinstated the petitioner in service and hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the first respondent to issue fresh order, if necessary. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
