Devi Priya ..Respondent/Complainant in both Crl.O.Ps., COMMON PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in connection with the impugned D.V.A.No.1 of 2015 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur and quash the same. For Petitioners : Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu COMMON ORDER When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.04.2015 for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought adjournment to list the matter, therefore, it was posted on 15.04.2015. Even thereafter, the petitioners did not take any steps to list the matter for admission. Therefore, it shows that the petitioners have no interest to pursue these quash petitions and it is pending for nearly four years. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain these Criminal Original Petitions. 2.Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
