Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner is a credit society. They want to construct a new fair shop in Puliyerengi, Kanyakumari District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is seen that the first respondent has already issued proceedings in favour of the petitioner in this regard. The second respondent has since received the said proceedings dated 28.02.2019. The second respondent is directed to forward the same to the third respondent forthwith and without any delay. The third respondent shall take a decision in the matter on merits, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
