ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / 3rd respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.21849 of 2022, dated 13.02.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that as per the order passed by this Court dated 13.02.2022, investigation in Crime No.423 of 2020 has been completed and charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Tuticorin and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.173 of 2025.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Petition and the same stands closed. 11.07.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No TSG 2/4
