This Criminal Original Petition is filed for directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, to consider the Recall Warrant Petition filed under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C., and dispose it of on the same day of filing against the Non-Bailable Warrant issued in C.CNo.74 of 2015 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction.

The petitioner is directed to file a Recall Warrant Petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such petition being filed, learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
