This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct to call for the order of impugned notice issued by the Learned Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi Tirunelveli District dated 18.03.2014 made in M.C.No.35 of 2014 and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the prayer made in this petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
