The learned Special Government Pleader informs the Court that the impugned order has already been implemented and given effect to on 06.02.2023 and the petitioner has already been evicted. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3.The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
