This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to issue patta in the name of the petitioner temple in respect of the land measuring 0.9.00 ares in S.No.485/2 in Pallapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.12.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that Mavoothu Ayyanar Tirukovil, is an ancient temple and has been existing for a long period of time at the property comprised in S.No.485/2 in Pallapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. The land occupied by the temple is a Government poramboke land as per the revenue records. The petitioner has given a representation on 15.12.2021 to the second and third respondents requesting them to issue patta for the said property in favour of the temple.
Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

W.P.(MD)No.4190 of 2022 3.Heard Mr.R.Suriya Narayanan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the representation of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire.
5.Accordingly, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.12.2021 requesting the third respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner temple for S.No.485/2 in Pallapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
