This Petition has been filed under Section 483(i)(b) r/w 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner with respect to the condition "after completion of her medical treatment, she has to report before the Special Deputy Collector, Foreigners Special Camp Trichy situated at Central Prison camp, Pudukkottai main road, Kattupattu, Trichy in Crl.M.P.No.5875 of 2024 by Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur dated 19.08.2024.
